Do any Bible translations omit Cainan from Luke 3, following Papyrus 75 and Codex D?

Yes, there are, and if they are worth their salt they will tell you. You will not find it noted in something like the Living Bible or Good News, because those are not technical, but in something like the RSV you might get a note that Cainan is in another manuscript. Out of maybe two hundred translations, perhaps fifty are popular, and of those perhaps ten carry that note. As for the manuscripts, Codex D is something of a maverick among the codices; it is not like Codex Alexandrinus or Codex Vaticanus, and it turns up in places like this often enough that scholars suspect it, which is one reason they have not gotten so worried about Cainan. Papyrus 75, however, is a different story; it is one of the premier papyri, and if you have that in your arsenal you have something you must deal with.
