I would agree; do not touch this with a ten-foot pole, a hundred-foot pole, a thousand-foot pole, just like the Medjugorje question. You are asking for trouble if you get involved with these so-called apparitions. Yes, you can go way ahead of the Church and say you want nothing to do with it; the most likely conclusion is that it is a cult, a deception of Satan, and we are not bound by anything other than the general revelation given to us in Scripture. Nothing else is required of us, not even Fatima, which, as much as heaven has attested to it, is still a private revelation; you might argue Fatima became something more public, but most of these other ones are just little ways Satan tries to get to people. If your faith is so weak that you have to depend on someone telling you what God is going to do, like a spiritual horoscope, then you do not have faith and you had better get serious, because this is how the devil gets to us, by appearing as if he is Jesus.
