Since the Father draws us in John 6:44, are there people God does not draw?

It is complicated. On one hand, 1 Timothy 2:4 says God desires all men to be saved, and we must maintain that there is not one man born into the earth whom God does not desire to save; the Greek says pantas anthropous, all men, not all kinds of men, which is the Calvinist distortion used to protect a determined will that saves only the elect. And 1 John 2:2 says Christ is the propitiation for the whole world, so Christ died for everyone, reopening the door to salvation that Adam shut. On the other hand, God does stop drawing some people. When a person keeps spurning grace and turning away, God's longsuffering ends and He withdraws His drawing; Hebrews 6 says it is impossible to renew such people again to repentance, which Paul wrote to the Hebrew Christians tempted to revert to Judaism to escape Nero's persecution. So we can say safely that God draws every man who comes into the world, most reject the drawing, and at that point God, being just, says do not count on Me anymore; the drawing is over.
