The Shroud of Turin shows nail wounds in the wrist, but Padre Pio's stigmata were in the hands. How do you reconcile that?

It is not conclusive that the nails went through the wrist. There is much evidence that they could have gone through the palm of the hand, especially given the way the Romans supported the body: they wanted you to bleed and suffer, so they would prop the body up a bit, and other medical studies show that if placed properly, as the Romans knew how to do, the palm could support the weight as long as it was not too heavy. So it remains an open question; the wrist theory is not settled.
