Justification is the doctrine where Catholic and Protestant convictions meet most sharply, and this exchange puts it to the test. Robert Sungenis was invited by Protestant apologist and radio host Matt Slick onto CARM for two intense weeks of broadcasts devoted entirely to the question of how a person is justified before God. It is a substantive, back-and-forth hearing of the issue between two committed advocates.
