As it stands, Cain, Abel, and Seth, the three named children, came after the fall, and we would assume all the children came after the fall, because the only place we learn of Adam and Eve having other children is Genesis 4, where it says they had other sons and daughters, all after the fall. It was a relatively short time between the creation and the temptation in the garden. You would figure God gave Adam and Eve time to get used to living in Eden, Adam naming the animals and tilling the garden, and Adam and Eve getting used to each other as husband and wife, perhaps a week, two weeks, three weeks. They may have had marital relations, but it was not yet that time of the month for Eve; you would not want Eve worried about a pregnancy when she is tempted by the devil, because that would not give the optimal conditions for such a monumental event. So it would have to be a short time, because within a month Eve could well have become pregnant.
