Do liberal scholars move the dates of biblical books like Daniel to deny genuine prophecy?

Do not believe anything that liberal scholars tell you today, and most of the scholarship out there is liberal scholarship. I recommend my book, The Demise of Catholic Scripture Scholarship. These men came along and changed the dates we had relied upon since the time of Dionysius in the fifth century. They try to move the dates around so we cannot have historical proof for the existence of these people, so they can make someone like Joseph a figment, a made-up person in a made-up story. They do the same thing with prophecy: to them Daniel came not in 600 BC but in 200 BC, because if they place Daniel late enough, then whatever he predicted had already occurred, and he is just reiterating history rather than genuinely prophesying. If Daniel is in 600 BC, as the text says, then what he described about the Greeks and Persians attacking one another had not happened yet, and it is real prophecy. So they shuffle the figures around so that nothing in Scripture is miraculous or prophetic, because they do not believe in God and want to make Scripture look like a bumbling piece of prose. Be careful when you read these so-called biblical scholars; ninety percent of them are false.
