These questions are for God to answer, as Pius IX said; we are not the ones who save people. Our religion has parameters that allow people outside the Church to be saved, one reason being that God desires all men to be saved, so he provides them a way. Sometimes they never hear of the Church, or are raised to think it is bad, so they are at a disadvantage, and how that is judged is God's business, not mine. So I do not worry about the Muslim. The only thing I worry about is that, if I get the chance and he will listen, I tell him about Jesus Christ; that may move him up a level or even make him a Christian. After that it is between him and God.
