Real PresenceAnswered

During Mass, how do we know the hosts taken from the tabernacle are consecrated?

A viewer asks how we can know that hosts distributed from the tabernacle during Mass are consecrated.

Answer

They would not be put in the tabernacle unless they were consecrated. The tabernacle stores unused consecrated hosts, which is precisely why we can go there and worship, because those hosts are still the Body of Christ. So that is the reason: what is in the tabernacle is there because it has already been consecrated.
