How do we know which is the true church between the eo and rcc

For example the eo rejectes the papacy and they differ on the Filioque and the eo agrees Mary was sinless by grace tho no Immaculate Conception dogma. How do we know who's correct and the true church seems like there alot alike in many ways tho seem to have some differences mainly the papacy which seems like the foundational difference. Thoughts?

Because this is not a competition of who will have the more correct answer. This is a matter, only, of who has the promise of the Holy Spirit when it comes to dogma, when the dogma HAS to be correct. Since there is only one church, there can only be one source for that necessity, and the only one that checks all the boxes is the Catholic Church.
