If Earth is fixed, does the universe rotate daily, and what about faster-than-light speeds or frame-dragging?

The universe rotates around a stationary Earth once every 24 hours. That is what Scripture teaches and what experiment confirms. Relativity and frame-dragging are unnecessary theories made to preserve heliocentrism. The speed of light is not an ultimate boundary. It applies to electromagnetic movement, not to the physical motion of the heavens themselves. The entire universe can rotate around Earth because space itself moves. The Michelson–Morley results prove that Earth is not moving, and that the heavens revolve daily around it.
