Should young Catholics learn Latin, Greek, and Hebrew, and are they actually helpful?
A viewer asks whether Robert would encourage young Catholics to learn Latin, Greek, and Hebrew, and whether they are actually helpful.
Answer
That is a question I can answer with a definite yes. If that would happen it would be amazing, and I encourage any young man or woman, college age or in their early twenties or beyond, to take as many college courses in Latin, Greek, and Hebrew as they can; you will never regret it. The Bible will open up to you, and you will see things in the original languages that you just cannot get in English. You can teach it to your children, you can go teach at a university, and this is what we really need, for Catholics to get into Scripture and find out the secrets of Scripture that you can only reach through the original languages.
