Adam and EveAnswered

Since God placed Adam in the Garden of Eden, did He create Adam outside the garden, and if so, why?

A viewer asks whether Genesis 2:8 and 2:15, which say God placed Adam in the Garden of Eden, mean that God created Adam outside the garden, and if so why He didn't simply make Adam from the dust of the garden.

Answer

I don't see why, Eddie, you say that God would have to create Adam outside the garden. Oh, I think I see what you're saying. God placed Adam in the Garden of Eden afterwards, so then He would have had to create him outside the garden. That's not necessarily true. He could have created him in the garden. And then when he was upright, and after He made him go to sleep and then made Eve, and then they were both upright, they could have been in the Garden of Eden. I mean, what's to prevent that from happening? So there doesn't have to be any outside the garden. I mean, once Adam's in the garden, that's where he's going to stay. That's his home. And I don't see any having to be any other way.
