Was the consecration of Russia actually done, and can Russia still be bad if it was?

It is a hard question, but the popular view among the Fatimists is that Russia is just this evil entity that always was and always will be evil, and you still hear it from the Zionist Christians in the United States, most of them getting it from Fox News. But are they looking at it fairly? Nobody has done the research; it is just repeated mouth to mouth. That view fits perfectly the mold of those who think the consecration of Russia has not been done yet, because if it has not been done, Russia has to be evil, since that is what the consecration is for. But Jesus told Sister Lucy the change would not come immediately. Pius XI was told in 1929 and sat on his hands for ten years, and when Pius XII finally consecrated, the Lord said the change would come little by little. In 1917 Russia was totally atheist, advertising its atheism and threatening to conquer the world with it; some 80 years later Russia allows Christianity in its constitution, which ours does not even mention. Look at the statistics: Russia has one of the lower abortion rates in the world, its divorce rate is high but Portugal, the heart of the Fatima prophecy, is higher, and on the LGBT issues Russia stands apart, not allowing same-sex marriage, while Portugal does. So Russia is no worse than anybody else, and better in some categories.
