Difficult Bible PassagesAnswered

Were the pyramids built by fallen angels or lost ancient technology, as the Book of Enoch and similar theories claim?

A viewer asks Robert's thoughts on how the pyramids were built, mentioning fallen angels, ancient technology, and the Book of Enoch.

Answer

No, I do not go for any of that; it is all myth and legend, so do not go there. Take Stonehenge, with its multi-ton carved stones set five feet into the ground in an oval. Everyone wonders how they were transported and stood up, and I was puzzled too until I saw a documentary. You cannot get enough men around one to lift it, so instead they 'walk' it: they put ropes near the top, forming a long diagonal that gives tremendous leverage, and they sway it left and right. Each sway lets one side take a little step forward, and the crew walks it down the road. The same works for the great stone blocks of a pyramid: you stand the block on end, rope it, rock it back and forth, and place it where it needs to go. It is not that hard. Men are far more ingenious than we give them credit for. So no fallen angels; forget about that, which all started with the idea in Genesis 6 that angels fornicated with human wives, which is total malarkey. And ancient technology, like the supposed ancient battery, comes from television shows that make money by speculating and then trying to tie it to the Bible through the Nephilim or the fallen angels. It has nothing to do with any of that. I would not mess with any of those things.
