What can the laity do to stop wicked bishops and cardinals from public apostasy?

Unfortunately, not a whole lot on your own. I could tell you to get down on your knees and pray, or to march around the chancery. But when a lot of people feel the same way and organize, and go and demand that a particular man be removed, that can be done; it has been done in history. The people do not realize how much power they have, but they have to get together, and there has to be someone to organize them, and then you clean up the messes as you see them. The problem is that the Church, as apostate as it is today, is well protected by the police and the National Guard, and a bishop only has to make a phone call. But when people get frustrated and put their heads together, there is no telling what they can do, so I would read accounts in history of that kind of thing to familiarize yourself with it. I am not going to sit here and say there is nothing you can do.
