What did Ron Hatch discover about GPS that supports geocentrism?

Ron Hatch, a good friend who died a couple of years ago and appeared in our movie The Principle, worked for NavCom, which had a contract with John Deere to make unmanned tractors guided by GPS, which required the GPS to be perfectly accurate. Ron had to go through the GPS computer program line by line, and what he found was that the computer had a fudge factor built in to compensate for the fact that the speed of light was not constant, even though Einstein made the constancy of light the whole basis of special relativity. You had two choices: either the light beam is not constant and the Earth is not moving, or light is constant and the Earth is moving. They chose to keep light constant rather than kiss the feet of the pope who condemned Galileo's heliocentrism. The GPS uses satellites that must be in sync, so a beam sent from a satellite over New York to one over California, and back, should take the same time if light speed is constant, but it does not: it is always faster in one direction than the other, by the same 50 nanoseconds every time. That difference is huge for a light beam, so they insert a Sagnac correction, named for the French scientist Georges Sagnac, who in 1913 found that light going in one direction differs from light going in the other. In the geocentric model the Earth is fixed and it is the space around it that moves from east to west at the sidereal rate, so at satellite altitude the space is traveling past at about 7,000 miles an hour, and that moving medium resists a light beam going the opposite direction and speeds up one going with it, which is exactly the measured 50-nanosecond difference. So the very Sagnac correction the engineers hide inside the GPS computer is proof of the geocentric universe.
