What is your opinion on all the recent UFO and extraterrestrial claims?

It is just noise. I wrote a paper a couple of years ago critiquing Paul Thigpen's book on extraterrestrials, and I am more convinced than ever it is noise. The burden of proof is on their side, and sooner or later they will have to produce an actual being or creature; the moment they do, the scrutiny will be intense, unless they can control it and never let anyone touch it. By the estimates of people who keep statistics, about ninety-five percent of alien sightings are military, things our own agencies keep secret from Russia and China, craft that go very fast or are made to look as if they do; that leaves about five percent that we can attribute to demonic activity. And we are heading into the time near Christ's return; the man of sin will use miracles to deceive, and the devil, who cannot create matter but can use created matter, can shape it into alien bodies, spaceships, even debris that looks like a crash. Thigpen was enamored of C. S. Lewis, who admitted that Aslan in Narnia was not a symbol of Christ but a picture of what alien life on other planets might be like, which is antithetical to Christianity. So my assessment is not favorable; it is all deception.
