Do churches outside the Catholic Church have a valid consecration of the Eucharist?

The Orthodox do. We used to say the Anglicans did, but I am not sure that is still true. The Orthodox have the sacraments because they have a valid priesthood, and yet they are outside the Catholic Church, in schism. That is the painful point: they possess the sacraments while remaining separated from the Catholic Church.
