Has Mercury's perihelion been integrated into the neo-Tychonic model?

I do not know whether that has already been done; if it had, I think someone would have told me. I have a whole appendix on Mercury's perihelion in Galileo Was Wrong, and if I remember correctly we were critiquing Einstein's solution, because the likelihood is that he worked backward from Newton's equation and simply filled it in with general relativity's numbers, which is not unlike Einstein, who took other people's work and rearranged it, from his wife Mileva helping with special relativity to getting the mathematics from Lorentz, Minkowski, and Hilbert, because he was not very good at math. So if you were going to fit the Tychonic system to Mercury's perihelion, whose solution would you use, Newton's, which we know is flawed, or Einstein's, which basically copied Newton and wrapped general relativity's parameters around it? Everyone agrees there is a perihelion advance; the open issue is how you get there, and whoever attempts to integrate another solution will first have to resolve the discrepancy between Newton and Einstein, and that will take time.
