What was the religion of Jesus Christ?

I would hesitate to simply call it 'Judaism,' because Judaism is a conglomeration of things, Hasidic, Reformed, Kabbalah, Midrash, and even in the first century, after Christ died and rose, Judaism became much more pluralistic, with Pharisees, Essenes, Sadducees, and Herodians; its purity was not there anymore. So I hesitate to compare post-cross Judaism with pre-cross Judaism. The best and most accurate thing to say is that Jesus lived by the Mosaic religion, the Mosaic law; that was His religion at that time.
