Jewish-Christian RelationsAnswered

What is the mission of Zionism?

A viewer asks what the mission of Zionism is.

Answer

Zionism wants to combine the political state of Israel and the religious system of Judaism into one entity; one does not work without the other. It is probably more political than religious, but the religious element is kept so they can claim a tie to the Old Testament, to Talmudic Judaism, the Mishnah, and the writings of the Jews, to keep everything united. But it is all controlled by the political, and the political wants to control as much land as possible, from the Nile to the Euphrates, so it can have everyone under its thumb and make the world work for it. Whether they succeed is God's will; I think myself they will not.
